TERMS AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

“The sole proprietorship owns all rights of the “www.accempire.com” website, and the use of the site by Users and Members is subject to the following terms and conditions.
"www.accempire.com” reserves the right to change the services, products, works of ideas and art offered within the scope of the Site and the Site extension, any information and data presented on the Site, the Terms of Use and the Membership Agreement without prior notice or warning. It also reserves the right to suspend the Site publishing, to cease the Site publishing completely, and to rearrange the Site to the widest extent. The changes that will be made by “www.accempire.com” in this regard will become effective upon their publication on the Site, and the user is deemed to have accepted these changes by entering, accessing, or using the Site in any way.
Real or legal persons whose membership applications are authorized by “www.accempire.com” and who submit a complete and accurate membership application form on the website are accepted as ("Members"). Membership requirements include a minimum age of 18 years.
All members and visitors ("Users") who log onto, visit, use, access, and/or otherwise connect to the Site declare, accept, and assure in advance to abide by the Terms and Membership Agreement outlined on this page. Herein the term "User" refers to any individual who logs onto the Site, uses the Site, reviews the Site, and who is linked to the Site by any communication device (such as a mobile phone or computer), or who is exchanging or has exchanged electronic data over the Site by means of member login.
“www.accempire.com” guarantees the games it sells are equipped in line with the game's own inside rules. It also guarantees that the accounts will be sold in accordance with the game's rules to the owners of the game in which the account in question exists in. It prohibits unfair competition and adheres to this policy of its business partners. The users of our website accept and declare this in advance.
Scope of Service and Matter of the Agreement
The service ("Service") that “www.accempire.com” will provide via the Site; is the delivery of the products offered for sale on the online shopping site of “www.accempire.com” with the features specified online after the member has paid the price. This membership agreement is prepared to determine the conditions of the Member benefitting from the Services offered on the Site of "www.accempire.com", to determine the terms and rules regarding membership, to determine the member's terms of use and for the usage of the Site between "www.accempire.com" and the Member.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties:
"www.accempire.com” regularly checks the accuracy and recency of the existing information on the Site. However, Members and Users should be aware that this information may not always be up-to-date.
"www.accempire.com" makes every effort to assure the continuity of the user's services. However, AccEmpire does not guarantee that its services will meet the user’s needs, be uninterrupted, error-free, or unbreakable in terms of dependability.
Any process, action, and disposition that is performed while using the services offered by AccEmpire and that constitutes a crime within the scope of the legislation involving advertising, unfair competition, terrorism, money laundering, correspondence about the republic, government, religion, racism, drugs, politicians or other entities, pornographic content, use of slang words, or acts that harass other players is prohibited and contrary to the rules of this Agreement. In these cases, the user may be permanently or temporarily deprived of access to the services by AccEmpire and benefits. Relevant content, materials, data, and other elements created by the User, if there are any, can be shared with official authorities and bodies upon request. For the same reasons, user information can be shared with official and administrative authorities, including, but not limited to, prosecution authorities and security units, based on duly applications.
We keep the information provided to us by the customers in the safest way possible. This information is not shared with third parties except banks and government institutions.
Users who purchase products from AccEmpire reserve the right to comment on those products. The user who intends to make a comment consents to their information being seen by other users in the public comment.
"www.accempire.com” reserves the right to terminate a member's membership and remove the customer's files, documents, and information without providing any reason. The member accepts this disposition in advance. "www.accempire.com" is not liable in this situation.
The member accepts to not access or use the software and data of other Internet users without their consent. Otherwise, the member is solely responsible for any legal and criminal liability that will result from these actions.
“www.accempire.com” reserves the right to correct, remove, or alter the Services and/or any page of this Site at any time and without prior notice by means of force majeure or AccEmpire’s own discretion.
Sales of www.accempire.com are limited in stocks. It may not deliver out-of-stock products, cancel their order, and refund the order price to the customer's account.
Displaying products on the online shop does not necessarily indicate that they are in the stocks of the website. Only "www.accempire.com" has the authority to modify the price and product feature information of products offered for sale on the Site. If there is an error in the price or the description of the product's features, "www.accempire.com” may either supply the goods by correcting the error or cancel the order and refund the order price to the customer's account, provided that it has the sole discretion to make this determination.
The User and Member cannot use the Site in a manner that disrupts public order, breaches public morals, disturbs and harasses others, infringes the intellectual property and copyright rights of others, and for an illegal purpose. All types of expressions, comments, writings, images, visuals, information, and document added to the Site by Users and Members must be in line with public morals and etiquette, and applicable to the related national and international law. In addition, members are prohibited from engaging in activities (such as spam, malware, Trojan horses, etc.) and performing actions that restrict or make it difficult for others to utilize the services. If such a violation occurs, “www.accempire.com” will report it to the proper law enforcement authorities and will cooperate with them by disclosing the Member's identity and will terminate the Member's right to use the site. In such a circumstance, "www.accempire.com" has no legal or criminal liability for any direct or indirect damages, costs, harm, and/or losses that a User, Member, or other third parties may sustain for any reason. Users accept, declare, and assure in advance to not make any claims or demands against "www.accempire.com" for the aforementioned damages.
The Member is not permitted to disclose their assigned password to any parties. The Member's right to use the aforementioned password is his/her own. The email address provided at registration is unique to the Member and can be used to create a single account. With all liability that may result for this reason, "www.accempire.com” reserves all the right to demand compensation and others arising from such unauthorized use, against all claims and demands that may be filed against "www.accempire.com" by third parties or competent authorities.
The member declares and affirms that the personal and other information he/she provides to be a member of the Site is accurate in the eyes of the law, and that "www.accempire.com" has no legal liability for any damages that may result from providing false membership information, and that “www.accempire.com” will immediately and exactly indemnify for all damages it sustains due to the inaccuracy of this information. The Member agrees that “www.accempire.com” can unilaterally terminate the Agreement without any notice or warning in the event that he/she provides false information. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the member during the membership application process is not the responsibility of “www.accempire.com”.
Intellectual Property Rights of all the content presented on the Site (products, information, texts, pictures, brands, icons, visual or audio images, video clips, designs, catalogs, files, lists, data, codes, slogans and other signs, page layout, etc.) belong to www.accempire.com. “www.accempire.com” reserves all such rights. Only the content provided for the personal use of the Member or User can be stored, printed, or displayed. The Member cannot publish, process, distribute, or reproduce any content or copies of content displayed on this Site in any manner or format, nor can the Member use this content in conjunction with a business or commercial enterprise.
AccEmpire respects the intellectual property of others and asks users of our Site to do the same. It terminates the membership agreement of users of our online Site who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, including copyrights, and removes all infringing material in connection with our Site. As per the policy of our site, we respect intellectual property rights. You can complain about users who violate this issue by contacting us at [email protected]. The right of recourse regarding all damages and losses that our site may suffer due to the infringing user is reserved.
Terms of Sale and Establishment of the Contract
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product under and subject to the following terms and conditions. In all orders, the product must be available, and the order price must be confirmed. After the price is paid, the product is delivered online instantly. If the product cannot be delivered due to force majeure; “www.accempire.com” notifies the User or Member about this situation. In this case, the User or Member may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with its precedent if there is any, and/or postpone the delivery time until the disincentive is cleared up. In the case of the User or Member canceling the order, the amount they paid is fully paid back to them in cash within 30 working days.
“In order to enter into an agreement with “www.accempire.com”, you must be over 18 years old and hold a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that we accept. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is accepted. When placing an order, you undertake that all information you provide to us is correct and complete, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit (debit) card you used when placing the order, and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
AccEmpire may ask users to verify their identity and Payment Card in situations it deems suspicious. This is a method used when there is a suspicion of illegal shopping on our site. It is a method we prefer for our users to make secure payments rather than a method we prefer to use all the time.
Resolution of Disputes:
Turkish legislation in effect will be applied in disputes arising from this Agreement, and Turkish Republic Courts and Enforcement Offices will be authorized in the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the implementation of this Agreement.
Enforcement and Termination of Contract:
Member's registration as a member means that the member has read all the articles in the Agreement and accepted all the articles in the Agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time of the Member's membership registration and entered into force mutually. This Agreement will remain in effect until the Member cancels his/her membership or the membership is canceled by "www.accempire.com".
The User declares, accepts, and assures that he/she has read and understood all of the articles in this Agreement and that he/she confirms the accuracy of the information he/she has given about him/her.

Siteye erişmekle veya siteyi kullanmakla, aşağıda belirtilen şartlar ve hükümlerle bağlı olmayı kabul etmektesiniz. Siteye üyelik, aşağıdaki koşulların tarafınızca kabulüne bağlıdır. Siteye üyelik formunu eksiksiz ve doğru dolduran ve “www.accempire.com tarafından üyelikleri uygun bulunarak onaylanan gerçek ya da tüzel kişiler (“Üye”) olarak kabul edilir. Üyelik için 18 yaşını doldurmuş olmak zorunludur.
Siteye giriş yapan, Siteyi ziyaret eden, herhangi bir şekilde kullanan, Siteye erişen ve/veya herhangi başkaca bir şekilde bağlanan tüm üye ve ziyaretçiler (“Kullanıcı”), bu sayfada düzenlenmiş olan Şartlar ve Üyelik Sözleşmesi’ne uyacaklarını peşinen beyan, kabul ve taahhüt ederler. İşbu yukarıda anılan “Kullanıcı” ifadesi, üye girişi yapmak suretiyle veya herhangi bir şekilde Siteye giriş yapan, Siteyi kullanan, inceleyen veya herhangi bir iletişim cihazı (cep telefonu, bilgisayar gibi) aracılığıyla Siteye bağlanmış olan veya Site üzerinden elektronik veri alışverişinde bulunmuş veya bulunmakta olan herhangi bir kişiyi ifade etmektedir.
www.accempire.com sattığı oyun hesaplarının, oyunun kendi içerisindeki kurallarına uygun donanımda olduğunu taahhüt eder. İlgili hesabın var olduğu oyunun hak sahiplerine karşı da; oyunun getirdiği kurallara uygun olarak hesaplar satıldığını taahhüt eder. Haksız rekabete izin vermez ve iş ortağı firmaların bu politikasına saygı duyar. Sitemiz ve sitemizin kullanıcıları da peşinen bunu kabul ve beyan eder.
Hizmet İçeriği ve Sözleşmenin Konusu
“www.accempire.com’nın, Site üzerinden vereceği hizmet (“Hizmet”); “www.accempire.com ’nın online alışveriş sitesinde satışa sunulan ürünlerin; üye tarafından bedeli ödendikten sonra online olarak belirtilen özelliklere sahip bir şekilde teslimidir. İşbu üyelik sözleşmesi “www.accempire.com ile Üye arasında, Üyenin “www.accempire.com’nın Sitesinde sunduğu Hizmetler’den yararlanmasına ilişkin koşulların belirlenmesi, Site’nin kullanılması, üyeliğe ilişkin şart ve kuralların tespit edilmesi ve üyenin faydalanma şartlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
Tarafların Hak ve Yükümlülükleri:
“www.accempire.com, Sitede mevcut bilgilerin doğruluk ve güncelliğini sürekli olarak kontrol etmektedir. Ancak bu bilgilerin her zaman güncel olmayabileceği Üyeler ve Kullanıcılar tarafından gözetilmelidir.
“www.accempire.com” kullanıcıya sağlanan servislerin sürekliliğinin sağlanması için gerekli çabayı sarf etmektedir. Fakat, AccEmpire servislerinin kullanıcının ihtiyaçlarını tam olarak karşılayacağını, kesintisizliğini, hatasızlığını ve güvenilirlik seviyesinin kırılmazlığını garanti etmez.
AccEmpire tarafından sunulan hizmetlerden istifade edildiği sırada; reklam, haksız rekabet, terör, kara para aklama, cumhuriyet, devlet, din, ırkçılık, uyuşturucu, politikacılar ya da diğer tüzeller hakkında yazışmalar, pornografik içerik, argo kelimelerin kullanımı veya diğer oyuncuları tacize yönelik davranışlar içeren mevzuat kapsamında suç teşkil eden başkaca her türlü işlem, eylem ve tasarruflar yasak ve işbu Sözleşme kurallarına aykırıdır. Bu durumlarda kullanıcı, AccEmpire tarafından kalıcı veya geçici bir süre ile hizmetlere erişimden, istifadeden mahrum bırakılabilir ve varsa Kullanıcı’nın oluşturduğu ilgili içerikleri, materyalleri, verileri ve diğer unsurları, talep halinde resmi makam ve merciler ile paylaşılabilir. Aynı sebeplerle kullanıcı bilgileri savcılık makamları ve emniyet birimleri dahil olmak fakat bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere resmi ve idari mercilerle usulüne uygun başvurulara istinaden paylaşılabilir.
Müşterilerin tarafımıza sunduğu bilgileri en güvenli şekilde kayıt altında tutarız. Bu bilgiler banka ve devlet kurumları haricinde 3. şahıslarla paylaşılmaz.
AccEmpire dan ürün alan kullanıcılar; satın aldığı ürünlere yorum yapma hakkına sahiptir. Yorum yapmak isteyen kullanıcı, herkese açık olan yorumda bilgilerinin diğer kullanıcılar tarafından görülmesine rıza gösterir.
“www.accempire.com, dilediği takdirde, hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin üyenin üyeliğini iptal etme, müşteriye ait dosya, belge ve bilgileri silme hakkı vardır. Üye işbu tasarrufu önceden kabul eder. Bu durumda “www.accempire.com’nın hiçbir sorumluluğu yoktur.
Üye, diğer internet kullanıcılarının yazılımlarına ve verilerine izinsiz olarak ulaşmamayı veya bunları kullanmamayı kabul etmiştir. Aksi takdirde, bundan doğacak hukuki ve cezai sorumluluklar tamamen üyeye aittir.
“www.accempire.com mücbir sebeple ya da tümü kendi takdir yetkisine bağlı olmak suretiyle herhangi bir zamanda ve önceden haber vermeksizin işbu Site’nin Hizmetlerini ve/veya herhangi bir sayfasını düzeltme, kaldırma veya değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.
“www.accempire.com’nın satışları stoklar ile sınırlıdır. Sitede stoğu bulunmayan ürünlerin teslimatını yapmayabilir, siparişi iptal ederek, sipariş tutarını müşterinin hesabına iade edebilir. Ürünlerin sanal mağazada teşhir edilmesi söz konusu ürünlerin mutlaka sitenin stoklarında bulunduğu anlamına gelmez. Site’de satışa sunulan ürünlerin fiyat ve ürün özellik bilgilerini değiştirme yetkisi münhasıran “www.accempire.com’na aittir. Fiyat ve ürün özellik bilgilerinde hata olduğu takdirde münhasır seçme yetkisi kendisinde olmak şartıyla “www.accempire.com hatayı düzelterek ürün teslimatı yapabilir veya siparişi iptal ederek, sipariş tutarını müşteri hesabına iade edebilir.
Kullanıcı ve Üye, Siteyi hiçbir şekilde kamu düzenini bozucu, genel ahlaka aykırı, başkalarını rahatsız ve taciz edici şekilde, yasalara aykırı bir amaç için, başkalarının fikri ve telif haklarına tecavüz edecek şekilde kullanamaz. Kullanıcı ve Üyelerin Site’ye ekleyecekleri her türlü ifade, yorum, yazı, resim, görsel ve sair her türlü bilgi ve belge genel ahlaka ve adaba ve ilgili ulusal ve uluslararası mevzuata uygun içerik ve şekilde olmalıdır. Ayrıca, üye başkalarının hizmetleri kullanmasını önleyici veya zorlaştırıcı faaliyet (spam, virüs, truva atı, vb.) ve işlemlerde bulunamaz. “www.accempire.com böyle bir ihlali ilgili kanun uygulayıcı mercilere bildirecek ve Üye’nin kimliğini açıklamak suretiyle onlarla işbirliği yapacak ve bir ihlalin olması durumunda Üye’nin siteyi kullanma hakkını sonlanacaktır. Böyle bir durumda Kullanıcının, Üyenin veya diğer üçüncü kişilerin herhangi bir sebepten ötürü uğrayabilecekleri her türlü ve tüm doğrudan ve dolaylı zarar, ziyan, hasar ve/veya kayıplar ile ilgili “www.accempire.com’nın hiçbir hukuki veya cezai sorumluluğu bulunmamaktadır. Kullanıcılar, yukarıda anılan zararlar sebebiyle “www.accempire.com’ndan herhangi bir talep veya iddiada bulunmayacaklarını peşinen kabul, beyan ve taahhüt etmektedir.
Üye, kendisine verilmiş olan şifreyi başka kişi ya da kuruluşlara veremez, Üyenin söz konusu şifreyi kullanma hakkı bizzat kendisine aittir. Kayıt sırasında verilmiş olunan e-mail adresi Üyeye özeldir ve tek üyelik oluşturma imkanına sahiptir. Bu sebeple doğabilecek tüm sorumluluk ile üçüncü kişiler veya yetkili merciler tarafından “www.accempire.com’na karşı ileri sürülebilecek tüm iddia ve taleplere karşı, “www.accempire.com’nın söz konusu izinsiz kullanımdan kaynaklanan her türlü tazminat ve sair talep hakkı saklıdır.
Üye, Site’ye üye olurken verdiği kişisel ve diğer sair bilgilerin kanunlar önünde doğru olduğunu, yanlış üyelik bilgisi verilmesi sebebiyle doğacak zararlardan dolayı “www.accempire.com’nın hiçbir hukuki sorumluluğu olmadığını, “www.accempire.com bu bilgilerin gerçeğe aykırılığı sebebiyle uğrayacağı tüm zararları aynen ve derhal tazmin edeceğini beyan ve taahhüt eder. Üye, yanlış bilgi vermesi halinde Sözleşme’nin “www.accempire.com tarafından tek taraflı olarak herhangi bir ihbara ve ihtara ihtiyaç duymaksızın sona erdirebileceğini kabul eder. Üyelik başvurusu yapılırken üye tarafından verilen bilgilerin doğruluğu ve eksiksizliğinin tespiti “www.accempire.com nın sorumluluğunda değildir.
AccEmpire başkalarının fikri mülkiyetine saygı duyar ve Sitemizin kullanıcılarından da aynısını yapmalarını ister. Sitemizle bağlantılı olarak, ihlalde bulunan tüm materyallerin kaldırılmasını ve telif hakları da dahil olmak üzere fikri mülkiyet haklarını tekrar tekrar ihlal eden çevrimiçi Sitemizin kullanıcılarının üyelik sözleşmesini fesheder. Sitemizin politikası gereği fikri mülkiyet haklarını saygı duyarız. Bu konuda ihlalde bulunan yerleri [email protected] adresine şikayette bulunabilirsiniz. İhlalde bulunan kullanıcı yüzünden sitemizin uğrayabileceği tüm zarar ve ziyana ilişkin rücu hakkı saklıdır.
Satış Koşulları ve Sözleşmenin Kurulması
Sipariş vermekle, ürünü aşağıdaki şart ve koşullar altında ve bunlara tabi olarak satın almayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bütün siparişlerde, ürünün mevcut olması ve sipariş bedelinin teyit edilmesi gereklidir. Bedel ödendikten sonra ürün online olarak anında teslim edilir. Ürünün teslim edilememesi mücbir sebebe dayanıyorsa; “www.accempire.com bu durumu Kullanıcı veya Üye’ye bildirir. Bu takdirde Kullanıcı veya Üye’ye siparişin iptal edilmesini, sözleşme konusu ürünün varsa emsali ile değiştirilmesini, ve/veya teslimat süresinin engelleyici durumun ortadan kalkmasına kadar ertelenmesi haklarından birini kullanabilir. Kullanıcı veya Üyenin siparişi iptal etmesi halinde ödediği tutar 30 iş günü içinde kendisine nakden ve defaten ödenir.
“www.accempire.com ile sözleşme yapabilmek için 18 yaşın üzerinde olmanız ve kabul ettiğimiz bir banka tarafından verilmiş geçerli bir kredi kartı veya banka (debit) kartına sahip olmanız gerekir. Siparişiniz kabul edildiğinde e-posta ile size haber verilecektir. Sipariş verirken bize temin ettiğiniz tüm bilgilerin doğru ve eksiksiz olduğunu, siparişi oluştururken kullandığınız kredi veya banka (debit) kartının yetkili kullanıcısı olduğunuzu ve malların maliyetini karşılamaya yetecek kadar para kaynağınızın olduğunu taahhüt etmiş olursunuz.
AccEmpire, şüpheli gördüğü durumlarda kullanıcılardan kimliklerini ve Ödeme Kartlarını doğrulamalarını isteyebilir. Bu durum sitemiz üzerinden gayri hukuki emellerle alışveriş yapılması şüphesi uyandırdığında başvurulan bir yöntemdir. Kullanıcılarımız için her zaman tercih edilen bir yöntem değil, aksine kullanıcılarımızın güvenli ödeme yapmaları için tercih edilen bir yöntemdir.
İhtilafların Çözümü:
İşbu Sözleşme’den kaynaklanacak ihtilaflarda yürürlükteki Türk mevzuatı uygulanacak olup İşbu Sözleşme’nin uygulanmasından doğabilecek her türlü uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde T.C. Mahkemeleri ile İcra Müdürlükleri yetkili olacaktır.
Yürürlük ve Sözleşmenin Feshi:
Üye’nin, üyelik kaydı yapması üyenin Sözleşme’de yer alan tüm maddeleri okuduğu ve Sözleşme’de yer alan tüm maddeleri kabul ettiği anlamına gelir. İşbu Sözleşme Üye’nin üye olması anında akdedilmiş ve karşılıklı olarak yürürlüğe girmiştir. İşbu Sözleşme, Üye’nin üyeliğini iptal etmesi veya “www.accempire.com tarafından üyeliğin iptal edilmesine kadar yürürlükte kalacaktır.
Kullanıcı, bu Sözleşmede yer alan maddelerin tümünü okuduğunu, anladığını kabul ettiğini ve kendisiyle ilgili olarak verdiği bilgilerin doğruluğunu onayladığını beyan, kabul ve garanti eder
